From the heart of Mexico City to the enchanting vibes of West Sedona, our journey has been nothing short of a dream. We, the Sanchez-Jimenez family, set foot on American soil in 1990 with flavors of our homeland and a burning passion to serve it authentically. Years of hard work, determination, and never giving up on our 'American Dream' has given birth to 'Tortas de Fuego'. Whether you're seeking a touch of Mexican authenticity or craving some mouth-watering cuisine, join us and experience the magic we've been cooking up for years. ​In 2011 we started small neighborhood food service and quickly grew with the strong support of the Sedona community. On April 11, 2012, we opened Tortas de Fuego restaurant on 89A Sedona, Arizona. It was a blissful day, a day we realized any dream could come true with hard work and consistency. Our thanks go out to the Sedona community whose support has enabled us to open our second location in the Village of Oak Creek.
